New transformations: Wolf Warrior and Vampiric Fiend
At the heart of the Bloodmoon Awakening event is the transformation gameplay. Players can become either a Wolf Warrior or a Vampiric Fiend to compete in global online battles.
Using Wolf Salve, players can transform into Wolf Warrior with enhanced speed and agility. They also gain the ability to sprint on all four legs and can scale walls with double jumps. Their Howl ability provides nearby allies with a speed boost and reduces incoming damage, perfect for quick, coordinated attacks.
Meanwhile, players can transform into a Vampiric Fiend by activating Blood Oath Extract. These creatures can take flight over short distances, unleashing Crimson Gas to prevent enemies from using medical items. Additionally, players can also absorb Blood Orbs to regenerate health during combat.
Dracula: Themed boss in the PUBG Mobile 3.4 update
A fast-moving formidable boss, called Dracula, is part of the Bloodmoon Awakening theme mode. After opening a Crimson Rift using a Crimson Crystal, players enter Dracula’s lair for an intense battle. Once weakened, Dracula becomes frenzied, using powerful ranged attacks while gaining a shield. Defeating him rewards players with high-tier loot.
New map areas in the Bloodmoon Awakening theme mode
The PUBG Mobile 3.4 update introduces two new areas inspired by the theme mode, called Crimson Castle and Wolf Settlement.
The Crimson Castle is an ancient fortress that is a storehouse of several loots like Crimson Keys, Ritual Crates, and Vampire Throne. Players must defeat nearby enemies to claim these rewards once they enter the castle.
Meanwhile, the Wolf Settlement is a werewolf-themed area that includes ancient structures, puzzles, and high-tier rewards. At night, players can activate a puzzle under the Spirit Tree to earn even more supplies. Returning wolf spirits to the Spirit Tree provides additional resources for survival.
New vehicles and items in the PUBG Mobile 3.4 update
The Bloodmoon Awakening theme mode introduces a special themed horse, called Bloodfire Warhorse, that is infected with Crimson Energy and features a double jump ability for crossing rivers.
Other new items in the PUBG Mobile 3.4 update include Crimson Crystals for accessing Dracula’s lair, Crimson Keys for entering the Crimson Castle, and Sealed Chests that can be carried throughout the match for valuable rewards once they are unsealed.
