Realme has officially announced the launch of the Realme P3 Ultra 5G in India on March 7, 2025. Expanding the P3 series, following the P3x and P3 Pro, the P3 Ultra 5G marks the brand’s first ‘Ultra’ smartphone.
The promotional image of the Realme P3 Ultra 5G reveals the design of its right profile, showcasing a camera bump with two distinct circular units. Just below the volume rocker, the power button is highlighted in orange, a design element previously seen on the Realme Neo 7x.

A recent Geekbench listing of the Realme RMX5030, which is speculated to be the P3 Ultra 5G, suggests that the smartphone could be powered by either a MediaTek Dimensity 8300 or Dimensity 8350 SoC. It is expected to feature a Mali-G615 MC6 GPU, 12GB RAM, and run on Android 15-based Realme UI 6.0.
The device is likely to sport a 6.7-inch punch-hole display, expected to be an AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate for smooth visuals. For photography, it may come with a dual rear camera setup, featuring a 50MP primary sensor along with an additional supporting sensor, while the 12MP front camera will cater to selfies and video calls. A 6,000mAh battery with 80W fast charging is also expected, ensuring extended usage with rapid recharges.
The Realme P3 Ultra 5G is set to launch in mid-March 2025, targeting mid-range buyers looking for a balance of performance, design, and imaging capabilities.
